An unauthorized seller is an account selling a brand's genuine product outside the brand's intended distribution: real goods, obtained through a channel the brand didn't choose, at a price it didn't set. Not every unauthorized seller is selling fakes; some hold genuine stock obtained through a channel you did not intend. The remedy is different, and so is the conversation, which is exactly why the call is yours, not the scanner's.
