Graded against the page, not the name.
How the scanner finds, grades and records what is sold under your name.
From a brand name to a graded record.
Counting matches is the easy part. RIHTAN Monitor grades each one against what the page actually shows.
Variants, generated
Between 589 and 880 plausible variants per brand: dropped letters, doubled letters, keyboard neighbors, hyphenations and the predictable suffixes.
Public DNS, not the local one
A local resolver will happily answer for domains that do not exist. The scanner queries the public resolvers directly and discards private range answers.
Captured as found
A capture of the full page with a timestamp, the live URL, and the IP address the page resolved to.
Graded against the capture
Your name, your product names, a copyright line in your name, a claim to be your official store. Lookalikes that match on name alone are flagged as doubtful.
Three gates before anything is counted
Does the page carry your marks?
Your name, your product names, a copyright line in your name, a claim to be your official store. A resemblance in name only is not enough; it is flagged as doubtful, not counted.
Is the record complete?
Timestamped capture of the full page, the live URL, and the IP address the page resolved to. If a page could not be reached, the record says so instead of guessing.
Is the decision yours?
Always. RIHTAN grades and records; it does not decide what is unlawful and sends nothing on your behalf. Doubtful matches wait on a watchlist until they stop being a maybe.
What the scanner reads on a page
Every candidate is scored against what the page actually shows, never against the name alone.
The pattern
Your logo, your photography, your product names, all lifted wholesale onto a domain one letter away from yours.
What the scanner does
It fetches the storefront, captures the full page and reads it for a copyright line in your name, a claim to be your official store, and how often your brand name appears.
In your record

The pattern
The near misses your customers type, and the ones waiting to go live.
What the scanner does
It generates between 589 and 880 plausible variants per brand and resolves every one against public DNS, so parked fictions do not inflate the count.
In your record
The pattern
A domain sitting on “Launching soon” can become tomorrow's clone.
What the scanner does
It stays on the watchlist. Parked lookalikes are checked against DNS again every day, and if a scheduled scan finds one selling, you get an alert with the capture attached.
In your record

The pattern
A business that happens to share your word, in another country or in another language.
What the scanner does
Anything that matched on name but looks like an unrelated business is flagged as doubtful and never counted as a copy. The call is left to you.
In your record

One apparel brand, scanned once. The numbers as the scan reported them, with the brand name withheld.
Where it runs today
Coverage is published per surface, including what is not covered yet. Nothing is billed before it ships.
Graded, not just counted
